Grape Varietal: 85% Tempranillo, 15% Graciano
Made from tempranillo and graciano grapes that come from very old vines located in slopes of clayey soils. Grapes are selected bunch by bunch in the vineyard, and again in the winery. Whole bunches, without de-stalking are macerated for twenty-eight days. Maturation occurs in Tronais barrels for eighteen months. Bottled without filtration.
