Wine Style: Red Still Wine

Winemaker's Notes:

Grape Varietal: 94% Tempranillo, 6% Garnacha

A brilliant red cherry color fully covered with cherry edge. Great intensity together with aromatic complexity in the nose, emphasizing very ripe black fruit touches such as plum, blackberry and balsamic notes on a mineral bottom. Thin wood and torrefacto roast touches can be appreciated. Spicy tastes are also present with thyme, rosemary and lavender aromas. Great complexity I nose, exuberant and different in each new smell. DIMENSIONAL. Extremely greedy in mouth, developing an elegant acidity with a thick carnosity sensation gaining in the mount. A long lasting, elegant wine.
