Wine Style: Red Still Wine

Winemaker's Notes:

Grape Varietal: 95% Tempranillo, 5% Garnacha

Vivid ruby. Highly complex nose offers raspberry, rose petal, candied orange peel and pungent flowers. At once suave and firm, with intense spiciness and a restrained sweetness to its energetic red fruit flavors. Deep and serious but at the same time fine-grained. Seductively aromatic and gripping on the finish but still a baby. I couldn't get this off my palate but, honestly, I didn't try very hard. This will evolve slowly.
