Grape Varietal: Selection on white California grapes

Light straw color with rich apricot and peach aromas which are underscored by coriander and honeycomb. The palate boasts super ripe, juicy mandarin and tropical acidity, which displays sweet Meyer Lemon, Kefir and Key Lime citrus flavors. This wine is an excellent choice for Thai Curries or Indian food due to the high natural acidity and the floral / clove character that comes from the Viognier. It is also a very refreshing wine on a hot summer evening.
