Grape Varietal: Petite Sirah
This wine is our classic PETS with big and dark purple color, and very generous with ripe fruit. It is a rich, pomegranate scented monster of a wine which packs a punch yet finishes soft, with concentrated plum, blueberry and supple tannins. The finish is generous and fires on all cylinders, fruit, color, concentration and silky oak tannins at the end.
Our Petite Sirah is versatile and pairs well with most everything, not unlike Cabernet. The Syrah parentage allows for more rustic food selections such as smoked duck, lamb and various sausages as well as classic cassoulet.
