Very approachable Cabernet Sauvignon with blackberry and plum notes with vanilla and spice finish from the oak. Medium red color with good acidity and smooth tannins. Serve at room temperature with herb rubbed rotisserie chicken, meatloaf or barbecued steaks. Not made for long-term aging; will evolve and gain complexity for four to six years when stored at between 55ºF to 60ºF.
