Grape Varietal: Sauvignon Blanc

This crystal-clear, pale-straw-colored wine leads with aromas of freshly cut fig, zesty lime, tangerine, grapefruit, a hint of grass, white flowers, and green apple subtly uplifted by mineral notes. The palate speaks to Sauvignon Blanc's noble pedigree: lime, green papaya, passion fruit, grapefruit, and mineral notes with a clean finish that lightly suggests green tea. This wine pairs wonderfully well with barbecued oysters, prosciutto and salumi, fish tacos, and gumbo.
